camera shots and angles.

1. Camera Shots

This is a two shot that allows you to see two characters in a medium close up so that we can equally focus on how both characters are responding to the same moment. Let’s the audience compare reactions , feel their connection/tension , and understand their relationship equally.

This is an over the shoulder shot that allows you to see her body but not head to toe and see the background. this can show her body language . shes standing straight which alerts shes paying attention to whats infront of her. This puts the audience in her viewpoint , makes us focus on what she sees and picks up her focus / alertness .

This is a medium close up that shows her full face and a bit of her shoulders . this shot shows shes talking but looks concerned and worried. This shows her emotion clearly ; makes the audience feel her anxiety.

2. Camera angles

This shows he is seen as a smaller subject as hes looking at something bigger then him as he is looking upwards. To the audience it makes him look vulnerable , powerless , or inferior ; creates tension or more dominant .

3. mise en scene

The props shes using is a passport . This is because shes trying to show who she is by using her passport and telling them shes former prime minister . The passport connotes official identity, proof and legitimacy . Holding it up connotes assertion and authority , reinforcing her claim to status and recognition
